Feature Update: Monitor & Target on Facebook
Every single day, we work on improving each aspect of our platform to bring you the features that you need to make sure that your social media presence goes above and beyond your audiences’ expectations. Today, we’d like to update you all on some new Facebook features we’ve implemented into our platform!
Does your Facebook campaign focus on men in the Latin American regions, between the ages for 35-42? Or do you want to reach an audience interested in a specific topic, such as women’s lacrosse? With Jollor, it’s simple to target specific communities straight from the publishing window. Just click the targeting button and select from one of the many option in the drop-down menu. If your campaign or post has additional specifications, just click on the plus sign (+) on the right side to add more.
Monitor Competitive Facebook Pages
Now you can monitor and Facebook Page that you wish to, such as your competition or Pages that are simply doing it right. Paste in the URL of the Facebook Page you want to “listen to” in the settings section of your project and press enter. All updates from each Facebook Page will be found in your Inbox, where you can interact with the post by replying to fans, commenting, Liking, or assigning the post to another team member.
